The best way to protect your investment is to ensure that you leave it in safe hands when you’re not here. Our Homecare Management Services provide all round protection of both your property and your interests and gives you the peace of mind you really need knowing that your property is ready and waiting for both you and your guests on every visit. Our policy is to be open and honest with out clients and the prices quoted are therefore only estimates as the actual cost depends on the size of the property, it´s not the same having 80m2 as having only 50m2 and the cleaning costs also take into account the terrace size as well. However, it stills provides you with a good guide ! Homecare Management Services include the following:

  • Preparation of your property for arrival including provision of clean linen, towels and making sure that basic necessities are provided.
  • Regular property inspection when property is unoccupied and also additional checks after unusual weather conditions.

All areas of your property

  • Ensure that there are no pests and vermin and if found, recommend action to be taken
  • Check lights and water, check all are working, flush toilets and ensure no smells from drains
  • Check terraces and patios and all entrances
  • Check swimming pool and garden (If applicable)
  • Check post box, arrange for transfer of any important items
  • Advise of any necessary repairs to maintain your property in good condition
  • Pre-arrival courtesy call to find out if everything is running to schedule with your arrival and if anything special is required.
  • Pre-arrival or post-departure check to switch on/off the boiler, air-conditioning, turn on/off gas or water before your arrival or after departure.
  • Property clean and laundry done after departure (at additional cost)
  • Maintenance work and necessary repairs within 24 to 48 hours (at additional cost)

Additional Services for Owners

  • Caretaking of keys included in the basic service fee. Regular checks will be made to the property to ensure that it is secure and that there have not been any incidents
  • Arrival and departure cleans before visits (*optional)
  • Laundry and ironing of bed linen, tablecloths, tea towels, etc (*optional)
  • Arrangement and overseeing of deliveries, any installations or repairs which are required (*optional)
  • Advise you of any damage or repairs which need to be carried out and arranging for them to be done on your confirmation (*optional)
  • Provision of welcome packs including basic groceries (*optional)
  • Welcome service for new guests on arrival to hand over keys and settle them in (*optional)
  • For long stay guests, weekly visits to change towels and bedding and do Mid Stay Clean (*optional)
  • Emergency telephone number provided

Departure / Changeover Clean

In preparation for new arrivals, your entire property will be aired, dusted, swept and mopped throughout. All interior doors and glass will be cleaned as well as the terrace and outdoor furniture used on it.

Other interior areas included will be:

  • Kitchen/ Utility - cleaning of work surfaces, oven, hob and microwave. Clear and clean fridge and freezer, ensure dishwasher clean and empty and check washing machine. Include any tablecloths, place settings, tea towels, etc in laundry if requested.
  • Bathrooms - include all towels for laundry if requested. Clean bath/shower, sinks & bidet. Clean and disinfect toilet.
  • Bedrooms - remove and launder all bed linen(if requested), check wardrobes, cupboards and drawers.
  • Lounge / Dining Room - dust and polish all furniture. Dust/Clean pictures, ornaments, mirrors, etc.
  • Terraces - clean all outdoor areas as well as furniture on them.

Mid Stay Clean (Optional)

  • Check property secure
  • Clean and dust throughout
  • Tidy kitchen and clean any dirty utensils if applicable
  • Remove rubbish
  • Remove dirty linen and towels
  • Clean bathrooms and replace towels
  • Change bed linen
  • Sweep and wash floors throughout
